- Disciple-making
Disciple-making is foundational to our charter to assist North Carolina Baptist churches in creating a disciple-making culture by utilizing various ministry tools, strategies and programs to help people grow in Christ. Our focus is on resourcing ministry leaders so that they are best equipped to help people grow as disciples and make disciples in their homes, churches and communities.
- Church Strengthening
Church Strengthening is about impacting lostness with the hope of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Evangelism is fundamental to North Carolina Baptists. Our goal is to help churches and associations practice intentional, effective evangelism and to assist churches in becoming intentionally effective evangelistic churches.
- Church Planting
Church Planting in North Carolina reaches many ethnic groups with the gospel, as well as many unchurched communities and unreached population segments.
- Missions
Missions is the utilization of biblically sound and culturally relevant strategies, methodologies and resources as the church glorifies God by striving to fulfill the Great Commission; intentionally proclaiming the gospel of Christ to all peoples and nations and by intentionally making mature, reproducing disciples of those who profess faith in Jesus Christ.
