Yet within this same area, there are only 206 active SBC congregations, leaving just one SBC church to every 12,947 people. In a city with increasingly high rankings in crime, poverty and the spread of diseases like HIV, the need for the gospel is increasing. In an effort to see new works started and existing works supported, NAMB is mobilizing church partners and planters through Send North America: Baltimore.

According to the Joshua Project, Moldova’s population is approximately 96.7 percent non-evangelical. North Carolina churches have the opportunity to engage an unreached village in Moldova with the gospel of Jesus Christ working with an existing church in one of the nine regions of the country.

Housing over 2,800 people groups, there are 385 unengaged and unreached people groups in Southeast Asia. These people groups can be found in the following countries that comprise this vast area: Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brunei, Philippines and East Timor. Southeast Asia is divided into two sub-regions that include Mainland Southeast Asia and Maritime Southeast Asia.
North Carolina Churches have the opportunity to work with these unengaged and unreached people groups by developing, implementing and maintaining a missions strategy.
